Important Notice

These Terms and Conditions, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement between you and WNL Marketing regarding your use of this website and any services you engage through WNL Marketing. By accessing or using WNLMarketing.com or by engaging WNL Marketing for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our services.and conditions page.

1. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “WNL,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean WNL Marketing. “Client,” “you,” and “your” mean the individual or entity accessing this website or receiving services from WNL Marketing. “Services” means the marketing, consulting, creative, and related services provided under an executed agreement or invoice.

2. Scope of Services

WNL Marketing provides digital marketing strategy, content creation, social media management, paid advertising management, analytics and reporting, and related consulting and training resources as described in signed proposals and service agreements. Each engagement is governed by the specific statement of work, scope, price and timeline included in the executed proposal or contract. Standard website content does not constitute a service agreement until WNL and the client sign a written proposal or contract.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must deliver requested materials and access in a timely manner, provide accurate information, and maintain all necessary rights to content supplied to WNL. Delays in receiving materials, logins, approvals or other client inputs may alter timelines and increase costs. Clients are responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to their products, services or content.

4. Fees, Payment and Refunds

Fees and payment terms are set forth in the executed proposal or contract. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services. Refunds are handled in accordance with the terms in the applicable proposal or agreement; generally, pre paid retainers are applied to earned work and nonrefundable after the agreed onboarding period. For common elements of marketing contracts see agency templates and guidance.
